Robert Oppenheimer, the “father of the atomic bomb,” was a progressive who thought America could be a “force for good” in the world—this led him to be complicit in the American crime of the incineration of 200,000 in a genocidal flash in Hiroshima and Nagasaki. And we're featuring books and holding discussions and special programs, cutting to this brutal truth.
Right now America is risking nuclear annihilation over Ukraine to maintain and expand its empire--once again in the “name of democracy.” RB is stepping up its challenge to liberals and progressives: face the reality of what America stands for and does in the world; stop putting your energies, funds, and influence to the Democrats, a party of war crimes; and join with the revolution to end these horrors.
